Supplies:

Crochet hook size - 2 mm (US B/1).

Thin yarn – 350m/100gr (382yards/3.5oz)

Terms

CH – chain                           DC – double crochet                                  SC – single crochet

INSTRUCTIONS

Circle:

Crochet with a double thread so the circle keeps it’s shape better.

1.    CH 9 and join into a ring with a slip stitch.

2.    Make SC around (about 14sc or so to make tight ring).

3.    Make DC around the ring (I made 18sc).

Finish with a slip stitch. Join threads to an earring finding (e.g. fish hook earwire).

Cut and weave in the ends.

Tassel:

4.    Take any yarn and fold it into 12 rows (layers) about 10’’. Leave a long end of thread to tie.

Pull all the layers through the circle and tie tightly with a long end.

Cut and weave in the ends.

You can make a tassel from thin organza ribbon, decorate it with seed beads etc.
